Chateau de Luz is a 6 acres boutique olive farm nestled in the beautiful hills of De Luz, California. It was founded in 2021 by Sandra Austoni, a French expat whose family has been growing olives for over a century in Provence.

Our mission is to produce an ultra premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil as well as other new products exclusively made with what is grown on the estate.

Our wish is also to inspire our audience though our soul-lifting content, to nurture themselves by cultivating a special bound with Nature.
