Damaged Products  Although we inspect and carefully package each item, there is always a possibility of spoilage or damage while in transit. In case of such an unfortunate circumstance, Chateau de Luz guarantees your satisfaction by either sending you a replacement, or a refund for the damaged item(s). 

Return Policy:  Our commitment to quality extends to your personal satisfaction. If for any reasons you are unhappy with your order,  please contact us to arrange for return within 7 days of receiving your products. Shipping costs are not refundable.
